Interesting, I had not heard this. I live in Netsuite and although at times it can really piss me off -- try building an e-commerce web site or make a form not look like crap -- but it is an impressive product.
My 27 person "virtual" company does everything in NetSuite. Billing, POs, lead tracking, scheduling, forecasting, help tickets for our tech product(s), email campaigns, you name it.
